• It is expressly forbidden to give out, share, or allow another individual to use your account login details. Any such action may be considered a violation of these terms and could result in account suspension.
• PHPARK accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or handed over to any third party. Account ownership is personal and non-transferable.
• When you register, you are required to provide a legitimate mobile phone number and a working email address. These contact details may be used to verify your identity, send important updates, and secure your account.
• You are responsible for immediately notifying PHPARK if you see any unusual or suspicious activity on your account. Reporting these matters early helps us protect your account and the safety of the entire platform.

For verification and security purposes, PHPARK may ask you to submit additional documents at any time. This may include a valid government ID, proof of address, or other supporting requirements. Until your account is fully verified, PHPARK has the right to impose restrictions on withdrawals.

03Age and Player Eligibility

To use PHPARK's games and services, you must be at least 21 years old. Minors and individuals below the legal age are strictly prohibited from accessing or playing any of the games on the platform. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

• Depositing using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited. If we detect such activity, PHPARK may freeze the affected funds and carry out a full security review before releasing them.
• All deposits are credited to your account instantly once the transaction is confirmed. If your balance does not update within a few minutes, contact PHPARK support for immediate assistance.
• There are no hidden charges applied to any deposit transaction on PHPARK. The exact amount you deposit will be reflected in your account balance without any deductions.
• We advise members not to use credit cards or borrowed money for deposits. Gambling should always be funded by your own disposable income, so please play responsibly and only wager what you can afford.

05Requesting Withdrawals

To withdraw from PHPARK, you must first complete account verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500, and requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and platform conditions.

• Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method that was used for the original deposit. This extra layer of security helps confirm that the funds are being returned to the right person.
• Any bonus balance must meet the wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. Once you have completed the required turnover, the bonus amount will become available for cashout.

PHPARK does not charge any fee for processing withdrawals. However, some payment providers may charge their own service fee, and in that case PHPARK cannot be held responsible for the provider's charges.

06Promos and Bonus Offers

PHPARK offers a range of bonus options, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. Every bonus has its own terms, conditions, and validity period, so always check the latest promotion details before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members and can only be claimed once per account. After you have received it, you can still take part in other promotions but cannot claim a second welcome bonus.
• For most bonuses, you must complete the wagering requirement within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. If you fail to meet this requirement on time, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements typically sit at 20 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• A bonus balance cannot be withdrawn outright.

07Rules of Play

All games on PHPARK run on internationally approved RNG technology. Each round's outcome is 100 percent random, and there is no way to tamper with the result.

• If a technical error interrupts a game round, that round will be considered void.

08Disallowed Activities

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial transaction.
• Playing games with automated bots or third-party software.

• Threatening or harassing fellow members.

09Account Deactivation Guidelines

PHPARK keeps the right to suspend or close any account temporarily or permanently without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• When the terms and conditions are violated.
• When a member supplies false details or commits identity fraud.
• When we flag any suspicious or questionable financial transaction.
• When a court, government body, or legal directive requires the release of information.
• When an account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) months.
